Definition of Terms

References to “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Our Selves”, “The Company” refers to the website operator, Skilled Thinking.

References to “Partners”, “Associates” refers to strategic partners namely: Associate Enterprises Ltd t/a Assent and Aspire Therapies.

References to “You”, “Your”, “The Customer”, “The Client” refers to the party or parties entering in to this agreement by purchase or other means.

License and Copyright

All material available for purchase and/or download on our website remains the copyright and ownership of the respective authors.

The following terms apply to content produced by Skilled Thinking or our partners:

You may download (if available for download) purchased products a limited number of times.

You may print downloaded content for your own use.

You may transfer audio and video content to your personal devices for your personal use.

You may not distribute, resell or otherwise share the purchased content or download link.

You may not copy all or part of the content.

You may not use the content in a commercial setting.

You may not use the content to deliver training.

Downloads

Downloads are delivered from UK based servers.  Speed of delivery may vary depending on your ISP and current network traffic.  We cannot guarantee delivery.

All files and materials are virus checked before being made available on our website, however we can not be held responsible for any virus, malware, adware or other threat encountered on your device there-after. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to install and maintain current security software on their device and to check all downloaded content for viruses or other threats.

Content downloads are limited per user.

Shipping and Delivery

Physical products are subject to shipping and delivery charges, which are scaled dependant on your location. 

We cannot specify a delivery time or date although endeavour to deliver within a reasonable time of the estimate given.

Log in to your account on our website to view information on your order status including information we have from our 3^rd party delivery networks.

Stock is subject to availability.

Payment Terms

Payment is to be made in full prior to dispatch of goods or download of content. 

Our website operates an SSL encryption for your protection.

We use reputable payment partners to process your payment.

Usual caution is advised when using a credit or debit card on the Internet.

Rights to goods or content does not pass to customer until payment has been received in full.

Promotions

Promotions, offers and discounts may be available from time to time.  Specific terms and conditions apply.

Returns and Refunds

If a product or content is defective at the time of purchase we will replace the item with a defect free version or issue a refund.

Physical goods can be returned within 7 days.

Viewing orders and updating your information

You can manage your orders and account information by logging on to the “My Account” section of the website.

Use of your Information

We will handle your information responsibly and securely. Any “personal data” and/or “sensitive personal data” (as defined in the legislation) are processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We cannot accept liability for any processing conducted outside our remit. Please refer to our Data Protection Policy for more details.

Help and Advice

The help and advice offered on our website and/or by therapists under the Skilled Thinking identity does not create a therapeutic relationship. All advice is taken at the customer’s own risk. Advice is offered to help the customer find the correct product for their requirement.

There are issues that we cannot advise on over the Internet and recommend customers who feel they need additional support consider one to one therapy with a suitably qualified and reputable therapist.

Assignment and Delegation

We may sub-contract or otherwise delegate part, or all, of the service delivery to carefully selected partners or 3rd parties for completion.
